1, regular visual inspection of the track, hook portion, manual control check brakes, balance pulley.
2, add the butter to the gear regularly to keep gear lubrication;
3, check the chain is aging, damaged, switch is sensitive switch insulating sleeve without loosening.
4, electric chain hoist gearbox oil up to 500 hours from the start of operation, please check engine oil level is sufficient, after the first three months, regularly check the oil, the less you need to refuel.
5, the use of electric chain hoist outdoors, rain equipment should be set up.
6, keep the chain hoist parts dry, the operation is complete when China set the hoist leave wet areas, chemical or high temperature zone area in order to maintain its performance.
